What happens next

  1. We confirm we've received it, usually within 3 business days.
  2. If needed, we ask one quick question to check it's really you.
  3. We act on your request and tell you when it's done, within 30 days.

There's one exception. We have to keep invoices and payment records for 6 years for tax and company law. If you ask us to delete those, we'll keep only what the law requires and delete the rest. For data held in a school's CBT or result portal, we'll pass your request to the school, because they control that data.
