1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use vantedgefrontier.com or buy a service from Vantedge Frontier Ltd (RC 9542667, 1, Onoh Crescent, GRA, Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria). If a signed proposal, quote or contract says something different, that document wins for that job.

2. Using this website

You can browse and share our pages freely. Please don't try to break into the site, copy large parts of it for your own business, send spam through our forms or use it for anything unlawful. We work to keep the information here accurate, but services and prices change, so your written quote is what counts.

3. Quotes and prices

  • Every job starts with a written quote showing the scope, the timeline and the full price in naira. We don't add charges that aren't on the quote.
  • If you ask for extra work, we'll quote it separately and wait for your OK before starting.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
  • Course fees shown on this website are the full fee for that course. If a lower early-bird fee applies, the page shows the deadline and the standard fee next to it.

4. Payment

Software and website projects usually need a deposit before work starts, with the rest paid at agreed milestones. Training fees are paid before the course starts. Livestream and equipment bookings are confirmed when we receive payment. We'll always send a receipt.

5. Your part

We need accurate information, timely feedback and access to anything the job depends on, like logos, content, accounts or a venue. If you're late with these, the timeline moves too. You confirm you have the right to use anything you give us, such as images, text or student data.

6. Who owns the work

When you've paid in full, you own the custom work we made for you, such as your website design, content and branded media. Tools, code libraries and systems we built before your job, or use across many clients (for example our CBT and result portal platform), stay ours. You get a licence to use them for as long as your subscription or agreement runs. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, and we never show private data.

7. Training and courses

  • Students under 18 need a parent or guardian to register them and accept these terms.
  • We expect respectful behaviour. We may remove a student who puts others at risk, after talking to the parent first.
  • If we have to cancel or reschedule a class, we'll give a make-up session or a refund for that part.
  • Certificates are given to students who attend and complete the required projects.

8. Livestreaming and equipment hire

Hired equipment stays our property. You're responsible for loss or damage while it's in your care, apart from normal wear. Our crew needs safe access to power and, for livestreams, a working internet connection at the venue, unless we've agreed to provide it.

9. Limits on our liability

We do our work with reasonable skill and care. If something goes wrong because of us, we'll fix it or refund the part of the fee that relates to the problem. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by things outside our control, like power cuts, network outages or third-party services going down. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

10. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund Policy.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it within 14 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Enugu State have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you accepted a quote applies to that job.
